We liked the location of the villa and how we were collected from the bus stop. The friendly and helpful staff were great and we could ask any questions. There was a great selection of breakfast options to choose from each day and the day we went to Angkor Wat they kindly gave us a breakfast box to eat on the run. The last night we were there we were provided with an unexpected dinner as we stayed four nights which was lovely.
The lack of basic cooking facilities and the dragging of restaurant furniture during one of the nights we were there which kept us awake.

Breakfast was great, you pick the night before off menu and it comes out so quick
Hotel clean and inviting, so beautiful with lots of greenery, pool amazing!
Very quiet at night, great night sleep
In walking distance to everything or a very quick Tuktuk ride away from everything, such a great location
I fell in love with Siem Reap and when we come back I’ll be staying here again

Room was quite big as we had a family room. Quite clean with decent bed size and comfortable.
Breakfast was decent & basic but OK'ish. I would have expected at least fresh juice.
Location is not too close to downtown but less than 1 usd via GrabTukTuk as we were not looking for a place in the party area.
Why I gave only 6? There are many misleading information when you book your room:
We book this hotel as it was saying it had a Kitchen, Kitchenette, Child safety socket covers and other kid related stuff - none of those are included - as if there were ticking all the boxes when they fill in the hotel form to booking.
Spa and wellness centre - well, if you want a massage they will call for you and it would come in your room.
Morning noise - we book a place o be quite; problem was in the morning when local kids (at 6am) come and used the hotel swimming pool and even if they stayed 30min it was enough to wake me (especially our little daughter)
There is no proper hotel management of the place and you can see it.
