excelente el personal que atiende en el hotel tanto de la recepcion como las señoras que atienden a la hora del desayuno y a la habitacion, personal amable, servicial e incluso el administrador excelente persona y muy conversador y atento a lo que necesitabamos. me encanto las camas y habitacion comoda, buen aire, cama suave. uff excelente.

Great hotel for good price

Great stay at Getsemani. Nothing wrong with this hotel. Really great staff, always helping. Very clean room with the best mattress we had in Colombia. Very good breakfast taken on the terrace. You can also enjoy the little swimming pool. Safe area, close to restaurants. 10-minute drive from the bus terminal. Very great deal!

Great stay at great price!

Super comfy bed and pillows, clean, tv, and air conditioning but the best was they had hot showers with good water pressure and rain shower. The manager took interest to make sure everything was up to my expectations.

friendliest staff I have met in all of Colombia, will go out of their way to make yout stay a success. Family hotel with huge rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast. It's outside of the city center, but by bus well-connected to the city center, and a Uber costs maybe 3 dollar to bring you there. Having a pool is great as well

As is very usual iun Colombia, shower and the pool didn't have really warm water. Except that, everything was perfect!

Short stay

The room was big and quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly. There was always coffe and tea available next to the reception.

Just for other people to have in mind that there is no elevator, so for someone with big suitcases it can be an issue, but stuff is helpful and friendly.

breakfast served everyday to the room at chosen time clean room

the wifi on the second floor doesn't work, you'll barely be able to browse the internet until they fix it room is small for a king bed tv is old water was either hot or cold.. unable to balance it room right next to terrace where others would often hang out.. no privacy room price a little high compared to where i stayed afterwards was much nicer

Exceptional

This is a great hotel in a great location. My best hotel experience in Colombia. They also offer good secure parking if that is important to you. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the staff is here. They went out of there way to ensure my stay was enjoyable and also helped me sort out a cell phone issue I was experiencing with my service provider. It is a family run business and they take great pride in the hotel. Breakfast is good and all the hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. A small pool provides a refreshing break at the end of a hot day. I especially enjoyed the balcony that is featured on each level of the hotel. It is located within walking to restaurants, parks and stores. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. This one is a no brainer, just book your stay at the GETSEMANI BGA and enjoy!
