Newly renovated beachfront property! You will love this perfect Bear Lake vacation getaway. Situated on a private beach (shared with only 6 property owners), you will experience unbelievable views from this spacious 2,200 square foot luxury townhouse. There is plenty of room for your family and friends in this beachfront retreat. The home features a 3rd story Family Suite with a Queen Bed and night stands, as well as 2 day-beds with trundles, and a private bath. The home comes with 2 4k HD televisions with Apple TV built in.. A main floor master also includes a queen bed. The kids will love the downstairs bunk room with two bunk beds. The final bedroom features a queen bed and a deck overlooking the private patio and beach. With room in beds for up to 14, it is the perfect home to host up to 16 guests. Your family gathering area includes a family room with 2 leather sofas, 2 new comfy chairs (new for 2024), a 58 inch Samsung HD Television. The upgraded gourmet kitchen includes a smooth top cooktop, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, a granite island, and seating for 16. It is fully stocked with everything you need including dishes and silverware for 16, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, mixer, blender, pots, pans, and much more. Just off the family room and kitchen, relax on the back patio and enjoy the sunrise and lake view with deck chairs and a new stainless steel barbeque (new for 2024). There are no neighbors behind you to impact your unobstructed view. The location of Sand Haven is perfect, just a couple blocks from the city center, but secluded on a private beach. Walk to all the restaurants, the new grocery store, and bike rentals. No need to drive to find a parking spot in town. Enjoy all the shopping, food (milkshakes!), and entertainment of Garden City. Comes with 6 parking spots. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. A washer and dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets are all provided for our guests. By the way, you have access to a large shared lawn, with plenty of space for family games. Also comes with 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for your use. Great Property, love the backyard and proximity to the lake! The only complaint would be the housekeeping does not do a very good job, but that could change based on who cleans each time.

Great location for our family. Loved the walkability …quick walk to coffee, shakes and lake. Enjoyed sitting on deck, watching the sunrise and the deer walk by each morning. The playground was a life saver- the two year old granddaughter wore herself out! Craig was awesome to work with and responded quickly to all communication.

This was a gift to our family for Christmas. We had the best time ever. The house was clean and the games and water toys were awesome. We barbequed, watched the boat parade, and the fireworks. Everyone had a great time from our 6 month great granddaughter to the 72 year old grandpa!

Loved the location, playground area and beach access. Beautiful view of the lake.
Only negative was no AC in upstairs bedroom. Lots of fans which helped. Would stay there again for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this townhouse, right on the shores of the beautiful turquoise Bear Lake! There was plenty of room for our whole family of 14 to stay! It was very clean and spacious! The owners were awesome and very responsive! Having the paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was so amazing and fun! We would definitely stay there again! We had a great time at this property. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had the basic spices, and plenty of pans and dinnerware. The outdoor grill worked great as well. The kids loved the swings and outdoor playset. I misunderstood the listing when it said "Apple TV built in" as it was included, but you would have to enter your Apple TV account information to use it. Also the pictures in the listing of the dock shows it well over the water. In reality, it's at least 10 feet from the waters edge. The dock over the water was the main reason we rented this location, so we were a little disappointed with that. But overall, fun time was had by all!

This was a very nice place to celebrate my husband and daughter's 16 birthday with the family. There was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The games they had entertained my children. The deck and the yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and sunsets. I loved the beach and the fire place. I was bummed that we were not able to use the pier but the water toys (3 kayaks, 1 SUP) kept us enjoying the water. Be prepared for a lot of up and down the stairs but the location and views make this house a WIN!

Had an absolute amazing vacation at this property…the location is walking distance to the grocery store, Zipz, and LaBeau’s, although we rarely left because the townhouse was so dreamy. We felt spoiled with the private beach and big open backyard. We were comfortable and spread out with 8 adults sharing the space. The common areas were perfect for game nights, the grill and kitchen were well-equipped, the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Highly recommend!!

We love coming to Bear Lake and it’s a big deal that the property we stay at is on the water. This house is steps from the lake. They also had paddle boards which is a big thing for my kids.
The home was clean and had good space for our group of 12. The property had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the fire pit for s’mores at night. You share a yard space but it’s large and room for all. It would be nice if it was private but not a deal breaker for us.
The only complaint I had was if you’re sleeping in the downstairs rooms it doesn’t stay as cool. There are fans in both rooms but it was still warm for my liking. Main level and upstairs were cool temps though.

Great place for 10-12 persons. Living area really could not accommodate more than that. Refrig was a bit small. Access to water was good for paddle boards kayaks but not good for boats as lake is way down this year. Fun kiddie playground equip on the lawn area. Signage to property could be improved a bit.

Easy walk to raspberry milkshakes. Wonderful play area and my son was happy that there were always other families with kids staying in the other two units to play with. Direct access to the water for our packrafts and to wade and throw rocks. This was our second time staying here and we plan to return!

Amazing location and townhouse!
We loved our stay! The water is just past the yard which was so much fun. It’s also super close to the marina, store, and restaurants- we were able to walk to breakfast in the mornings and to the store! The kayak and paddle board were super fun, and the kids loved the playground. The only downside was sharing the yard/deck/fire pit with the other two townhouses as they are all connected. There were large groups in all three when we were there so it was a little crowded, but we still had a great time!

Wonderful setting right next to the lake!
We all loved the condo and it’s setting. Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this for a family making summer memories on the lake!!

The beds were super comfortable, furnishings beautiful and new, the kitchen was spacious and well supplied with anything needed to cook with. The air conditioning a definite plus. With three levels it can get hot on upper level but that was no problem here. The grassy area with playground equipment gave younger kids something to do even when it was early and everyone was not up yet. Providing kayaks was so fun for our grandkids, they loved being on the water and it was great to get some exercise also. Being right on the beach made it possible for us to enjoy it all day and night and not just for a few hours like usual when we were staying at properties with no beachfront and had to pack in and pack out at the beach and stay for just a few hours.

The teenagers loved the separate bunk room and the adults were glad to have a separate space. All the stairs (three floors) were a little tough for grandma and grandpa, but they managed ok. We tried out the kayaks and played lawn games in the yard. We visit bear lake every year, but this was our first time staying right on the lake. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Better than we Imagined - 10 out of 10
This was our first time to Bear Lake. The stay was amazing. Great Location. Great view. It was awesome having a dock just steps away. We enjoyed the backyard area for family games and my granddaughter loved the swing and playhouse. The owner was great and very responsive and informative leading up to the stay. The Property Manager was also great and responded very fast when we had a question. The place was clean and spacious. They provided some small things like extra trash bags and some other amenities that were appreciated. The kayaks were also very fun. Definitely hoping to go back next year.

Perfect beachside rental for our small family get together
This was our 2nd year staying in this VRBO in Garden City and we plan on coming back for more. It fits our every need! The kitchen has plenty of places to sit for meals and the best part is you’re so close to the water. The dock is fun for the kids to jump off of and they even have a fire pit where we roasted marshmallows for smores one night while looking out to the lake!! Owners are super nice and answered questions easily and quickly.

If I could give 6 stars...
This property is wonderful. It is right on the beach and is beautifully remodeled. We took our packrafts right out the back door and got in the water. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and necessary cookware and appliances. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and plenty of towels were provided. The stores are very close within walking distance. There are play structures out back to occupy the kids also. This is the first VRBO I have ever booked again before I even checked out. Can’t wait to come back for an even longer stay next June!

Wonderful space for our multigenerational family. The space in the home and in the yard was fantastic. We had a fire on the beach, the jungle gym was a big hit for our 3.5 year old. The home was clean, spacious, great amenities. The location was in town and close to all restaurants and stores in town. We recommend this home highly!

Beautiful Location
Well appointed home with marvelous views of Bear Lake. Private lawn area & beach made for a peaceful stay. Will stay here again when back in Bear Lake area!
