staff were friendly even though there is a language barrier

The price is quite affordable and the room is spacious. The staff is very helpful as well.
The room is not clean, seems that the property needs a bit of renovation and cleaning, as there are some molds in the bathroom. The light in the room is really dim, need more lights or brighter lightbulbs for sure.
