Serenity and peace with memories you can cherish with family and friends for years. The LakeHouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and walk out to impressive 170 feet waterfront within 10 feet. Gorgeous views overlooking Lake Flower and Saw tooth mountain range with water access to 35 miles. Large outdoor area with fire pit, beach and dock. Now with a brand new Adirondack deck. Walking distance to downtown. 5-10 miles to Lake Placid, ski & high peaks. Main level: - Open kitchen, Living, Lounge and Dinning area with grand water views. - Living room with sofa/futon full size bed. - Master bedroom with full bath and washer/dryer. - Outdoor deck with picnic table and grill Upper level: - Den over looking Lake flower. Lounge and Reading area. - One Queen bed and Sofa bed. - Full Bath. Even bath has lake view. Walk out level: - 2 bedrooms each with double beds with water view. - Full bath and storage - Patio right off the water. - Outdoor lounge Amenities: - 2 kayaks - 2 SUPs - Hot tub for 6 - BBQ Grill with propane tanks - Life jackets - Fir pit along the water - Lots of board games - Lawn games - TV with sound bar - Hammock - Picnic table - Tesla charger. $10 per day extra. Please talk to us. - High speed Wi-Fi/Internet - Parking for 4-5 cars if needed - 2 adult bikes. 1 men’s and 1 women’s bikes. - 5 seat paddle boat. - washer and dryer - Fully stocked kitchen supply Other things to note - Only small pets allowed. You have to let us know upfront. - There will be a pet fee of $150/pet. This is primarily for damages, pet cleaning. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets especially to all the wood work and expensive furniture. - One security camera on site facing the driveway and another towards dock for guest's safety.

1 House really only 'broom clean', not actually clean for us
2 Mold, from lake humidity and no A/C (we are sensitive to it, most are not):
- Average upstairs, bit more on main level, more in lowest level (we only went down there once).
Owners are willing and easy to talk to, house is being improved on a regular basis, neighbors are nice and helpful, super location, lots of things to do within 30 minutes, Saranac Lake is a nice strolling town within 10 mins walk. Gorgeous lake view all day/eve.

Our group loved the Lake House! It was a great base for nearby hiking and paddling as well as a beautiful spot for relaxing, enjoying mountain & lake views and hanging out with loved ones. We will definitely be returning!

We met here for our vacation. My son, his wife and their 2 children: my daughter, her husband and infant daughter: and our daughter and her partner.
The house was plenty big for everyone. The view was amazing. It truly is a million-dollar view - the best on the lake in our opinion.
We definitely look forward to vacationing here - as a family - for years to come.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this home! We so enjoyed the kitchen with large counter to prepare our meals and large country table with plenty of space to fit all of us. The view out the two-story window is breathtaking! The view can also be seen from the upstairs loft area where there is a cozy area for reading. Lake Flower is crystal clear! We enjoyed fishing every day! My son was so amazed at how many species of fish we caught! We also enjoyed the kayaks. There is so much space outside, we had plenty of privacy. We had some cool evenings, and the pellet stove was very easy to use. We needed to supply our own paper products, but not to worry, Aldi's is a short 5-minute drive away. A lovely place to spend a week!

We had a wedding in Lake Placid and this was a perfect home base that helped make an amazing vacation. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and caught some sizeable Northern Pike in Lake Flower. The grill is large and kitchen is well stocked. Having three bathrooms really helps everyone feel like they have their own space. Missing my morning coffee looking at the glassy lake with mountain backdrop!

We have rented many Lake Houses in the Adirondacks. This house is the BEST and exceeded our expectations. Great view, great location, and great hosts! Wildlife viewing was spectacular. We enjoyed early mornings with the loons as we had coffee on the dock and the mist rose from the lake. Fishing midmorning was a huge success, and the ducks, geese and blue herons joined us for happy hour in the afternoon. Evenings were full of fun and laughter. Plenty of room in the kitchen and great room for all of us. A special THANK YOU to our hosts for allowing us to bring our dog, Mocha. She had a great time too. Do not hesitate- book now :)

The house was easy to get to and easy to get into. The house was semi clean, there were cobwebs and lady bugs throughout the house. There was garbage already in the garbage can. There was no movie library or stereo we could find. The house rules were contradictory to what is listed on this site. The beds were very comfortable but the furniture in the living room not so much. We could not get the pellet stove to work right so we had to use the base board heat, even though we were told to only use the pellet stove. They supplied one bag of pellets and in 6 hours we used a half a bag. We were staying 3 nights. The owners were very quick to respond to questions on the site. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We, again, traveled to Saranac Lake to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with our son and his family. This is our second stay in this property and it was as wonderful as the first time. The home fits our family perfectly.

Enjoyed being on the lake- great view. Had adequate water devices to enjoy the lake. Close to downtown. Adequate amenities in the home. Could have been a bit more cleaner especially the bathrooms.

The Lakehouse was exactly what I needed. Offered a nice break from the City and provided stunning views of fall foliage, perfect fog-on-a-still-river sunrises, and a charming little town to explore. Everything we needed was provided and we instantly felt at home. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Great view and spacious for our group of 8.
We didn’t use fire pit, hot tub or any sport activities so no comment. Great fishing, room for us all to cook, eat and have wine conversations. Clean with all the kitchen gadgets you could need. Just a few downfalls owner has on fix list (dock and plumbing project )but nothing drastic that was a bother. Would stay at this rental again with a 2 thumbs up attitude.

We had a reunion of sorts with a group of 10 people. Being right on the lake afforded us a ton of activities that kept everyone busy, including fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming. The views were excellent, The location was close to town and the neighbors were very friendly. There was plenty of room for us and the house was well appointed. We had such a phenomenal time and will have lots of memories of our stay there. Thank you very much!

Beautiful house and property to take a vacation on! We brought 3 jet ski's and there was plenty of room on the dock and in the driveway to keep the trailers. Beautiful views on the dock of Lake Flower and were able to explore the channels and other lakes of Saranac. Loved there were kayaks and paddle boards to use as well. The house was very nice inside and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with supplies. Lot's of games to play and things to do while visiting. The neighbors were very friendly and gave good tips about the lake and surrounding area. The owners were very responsive with any questions and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely vacation here again in the future. Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay!
We totally enjoyed our stay. Being on the lake was great especially with the availability of the kayaks ans paddle boat. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the chlorine tabs were already dissolved when we got there and it needed more. Overall we really liked the house.

We enjoyed our time at the lake house. We spent our days exploring the area and the beautiful scenery and the evenings at the house out on the lake or sitting in the hot tub or playing games.

Wonderful weekend!
We had a wonderful weekend at the Lake House and enjoyed fishing, paddle boating, kayaking, and the beautiful views! The hot tub was relaxing as well. The house is close to town, and it is located close to Lake Placid (both were fun to explore). We hope to visit again soon!

Ski getaway
We went to the Lake House to celebrate my husbands birthday with some friends! The location is great and it being right on the lake was awesome. We skied at Whiteface which was about 25 minutes away and wasn’t a bad drive at all! It would have been cool to have quads with us or ice fishing equipment- next time!!

Terrific Thanksgiving
Beautiful property! The home was a perfect fit for our family. We got to experience a wonderful snow event. Well, we’re from NC so it probably wasn’t all that but we were thrilled. We were lucky enough to participate in the Bitters & Bones Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning before gathering around the table to celebrate the holiday. We spent small business Saturday walking around downtown. All within walking distance of the home. We had a blast!

Surprised how quiet this was and how easy to walk or bike into town for anything you might need. Lake is clear and 7’ deep at new dock; we know this because we kept dropping things into lake & fishing them out (tractor supply nearby sells big magnets, rope & 6’ retrievers ;-).
Nice outdoor area with great fire pit. Deer, ducks, loons and even baby turtles were guests. Neighbors friendly. Hot tub worked well and great after hiking or kayaking. Waterfront well equipped. Laundry and bathrooms good. Pellet heater worked well to take chill off late in season mornings.
Kitchen appliances very good. We loved the cappuccino and waffle machines and large gas grill conveniently located on the deck.
In the early morning, we enjoyed the panoramic view from the couch. Watching the lake fog lift as the birds and early morning distance swimmers started their days was a great memory of our trip.

Perfectly situated property, clean and as described
The house on Lake Flower is spectacular. We were a party of four adults and we used it as a launching pad to explore the interconnected lakes by kayak and motor boat. From the dock, you can watch the sunrise and a portion of the sunset. On clear nights, you can see the cosmos in all its splendor. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the view is outstanding. We also made good use of the massive hot tub and the fire pit. Mancy is a quick and effective communicator. We loved the house, its location and Lake Flower is sublime. Highly recommended.

Quaint place with views for days
The property location was great. The house was very clean and adequately supplied with everything needed for a weeks stay. There was plenty of space for our two small families and the hot tub was a great reward after a long day hiking and boating. Best of all you would wake up to a fantastic view of the lake.
