Location is excellent, have direct link to a shopping mall.
Wifi is ok.
Water pressure weak, and they use the showerhead type. No rain shower.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Have free bottled water.
Have kettle and amenities all ok

One of the days we stayed there, got cigarette smell came out of the aircon vent.
It was smelly, and I had to open the main door for a few mins to let it clear off.

I have a wonderful stay here.
The customer service was excellent, Mr Goh, Firdus attended to my queries and the front desk team checked us to our room. Their service is remarkable.
Though there's any welcome drink but have cookies.
Our room was clean and quiet at night.
Beside is a great shopping mall. Within walking distance to train station, making it perfect for ecploring. I will definitrly return.
The shampoo smell very lemonade (sour).!!
Hope can change to other smell, eg lavender or ocean.
The towel bar too high.

Location -- it's convenient to be next to the mall. But this is also a down side, I realized because noise from the mall could be heard in the hotel.
POV of my guest: During her stay, the mall was undergoing renovation and she could hear drilling from 11pm to the wee hours. Needless to say, she slept very little that night. She was moved to another room the next day after the complaint but the room transfer did take a while. There is also no breakfast option. So for those travelling for work and have to leave for meetings in the morning before the mall's coffee shops are open, you'll have to pick up breakfast elsewhere.
