I had a private room on the top floor which had a skylight. It had the basics nothing fancy. It was a great location in Monte Estoril walkable from the train station and other nearby places like Cascais and the beaches. Was good for value considering the expensive area.
A small bin and a mirror in the room would be ideal.
The Hallway would have leaks from one of the upstairs bathrooms, they would put towels down to dry up.

Good location, comfy bed, it was nice that there was a shared kitchen with a fridge available. We could also leave our luggage after check out, so we could go to the beach before leaving. It was affordable.
Room was not super clean, it was also very hot, opening the window didn’t help
