The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was consistently fast, and power remained completely uninterrupted even during the heavy August monsoon and Orange Warning season. I felt safe in the area, great security, the elevator and air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Shuttle service to Mall of Asia was far too infrequent (once an hour), which forced me to constantly hail Grab, especially since walking outside during monsoon season is unpleasant. I also didn't like that there was no free shuttle service provided to Taft Avenue MRT station. No free breakfast. Overall stay felt a tad expensive for what was offered.

clean
the bed is too small for two adults and very shaky. the stairs to the loft is VERY STEEP. the steps are tooo small even for adults. very dangerous esp that i have 3 kids. the bunk bed is too high. side railings have rough edges.
