The staff and owner were very helpful. We needed to extend our stay due to transport issues and the owner walked over and helped with phone calls and travel plans. Great team he has built up!
Stairs to the 4th floor but the view was worth it! Not sorry we had the excersize.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly, they helped me with all the requests. Good job guys
Wifi was cutting off sometimes and was not working and my manual internet was not working inside the room. The rest was ok

The kindness, and excellent service during our from the staff and specialy Mohammed and Abdulrazaq they were very helpful 😀
The Wi-Fi was very weak.
The lining inside the blankets was old and did not appear to be clean

Rooms were clean and the sea view was beautiful
Breakfast options were limited. Not suitable for family with kids. No lunch or dinner buffet. Restaurant closes at 10pm whereas other Restaurant were open till 12 am. Excursion packages were expensive compared to nearby hotels and operators. 2nd worst part is no elevator. Since we had book sea view , everyday we had to climb to 3rd floor to get to our room. By the end of the trip our knees were sore and painful.
