La pulizia ,la posizione,la disponibilità e la professionalità del proprietario.
Termostato ambiente in cucina,dove segnava più di 21 gradi,ma tra la cucina e il forno falsava la temperatura si tutto l'appartamento e quindi staccavano i termosifoni,ma nelle altre stanze si percepiva più freddo,ma proprio x essere pignoli.

apartment was spacious, nice view from the balcony, parking in front of the building, grocery on walking distance, check in and communication went well
despite equipped kitchen, we missed some basic tools and we recommend some new cooking utensils, and pay more attention to cleanliness after previous guests
