The hotel is clean, rooms are fantastic , we were a family in multiple rooms and all rooms were great comfortable , clean with all necessary and extra amenities working, modern and in a great shape. Toilets were super clean and spotless, i literally carry a UV light with me and the cleanliness is superb. The staff were friendly and professional, rushing to help whenever asked. The laundry room is a great addition since we had a baby and could wash and dry clothes for free inside. We also asked for a baby cot and the hotel provided it. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and food for every taste! The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, polite, professional, helpful and super fast! We'd definitely go back there.
The pool opening and closing times were a bit odd for summer as larger families might want to get to the pool early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and the pool size is a bit small. It's probably due to space and the pool bar being too close from the pool that the opening and closing times 9 am to 6 pm (on our first day was 10am) are somehow prompt.
