Gar nicht. Wir haben nach 1 Nacht den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Das Hotel hat keine Entschädigung gezahlt und nicht auf Nachrichten von Booking reagiert. Einfach unverschämt.

Bei unserem ersten Zimmer war die Türklinke der Haustür kaputt. Wir haben auf Beschwerde hin ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Im neuen Zimmer waren überall fremde Haare, die Dusche hatte kaltes Wasser und überall war Staub, sodass mein Sohn die ganze Nacht am Niesen war. Meine Jacke habe ich leider im ersten Zimmer vergessen. Diese ist nie wieder aufgetaucht und das Personal machte sich auch keine Mühe die Jacke zu finden. Wir haben nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft verlassen. Geld erhielten wir nicht zurück und auf Nachrichten von der ServiceHotline von Booking hat die Unterkunft nicht reagiert... Eine absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder

The staff, they care kids as well as parents a lot. food is outstanding. all perfect.

rooms are not clean, no air condition in the room, not even a fan. the bed and the mattress were simply disastrous (the bed is extremely squeaky and the mattress thin and it was impossible not to roll constantly to the middle!).

There was no local shops in walking distance, the on site restaurant was very sub par and over priced.

Breakfast was good for the price, animation was great, people very helpful and nice, good beds, clean sheets Covered pool... this was a great idea!

but this complex needs a complete renovation....old buildings, no air co...at least we didn t figure it out where was it... Maybe they shell make modifications in time.

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews. But they must have been either placed by booking.com or personnel because the hotel was nothing like the pictures or reviews. It was more like a cheap highway motel. Rooms were dark and worn, nothing like pictured. Walls are paper thin and parties go on until late night. There was no aircon and you couldn't open the windows at night due to noise. No air filtering or window in shower either. The hotel refused to refund if we left but was at least helpful relocating to a different room. Only speedos allowed in pool for men (no bathing shorts)
