We were checked in promptly by incredibly helpful staff. I do not remember the name of the man who helped us check in, but when checking if we were aware we had two single beds in the bedroom we responded no he kindly upgraded our room (Which he did not have to do!) to a suite and the room was absolutely amazing. So large, very clean, bed was so comfortable.
The location is brilliant we used the shuttle heading back to the hotel and it was easy and efficient. The area is perfect if you are staying near the hotel but want to experience some great fried chicken and shopping!

Good location, close to the airport.
The room was dirty... The carpet was discolored all over the place and the room itself had a weird smell... In the bath room there were someone's fake eye lashes just stuck to the table top.... This hotel is more expensive than Golden Tulip almost next door, but was much more dirty. Therefore, I wouldn't stay there again.... At least you can get a clean room in the Golden Tulip... Also as soon as you book, they send you a message saying that the pool is out of order since 2021...is this a joke??
