Modest house in a great location and quite neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Sugamo station. The house was spacious for Tokyo standards. The customer service is very response to messages. Overall amazing value and will stay again if I am back in Tokyo.
A clothes dryer woukd be good. For a two week stay, it was challenging to dry clothes on clothes line. also a better iron and ironing board woukd be great.

The house was very clean, and located in a very nice area, with a lot of stores and places to eat. Very close to 7- Eleven, Lawson and Family mart.
Just one restroom. Probably no problem for 4 people or less, but a bit of a problem if more people stays.

Encontré un condon (en su paquete) y basura bajo la cama, un calcetín en el sillón, las paredes estaban sucias, las cobijas y almohadas no olían precisamente a limpio, los sillones tenían manchas y las sillas del comedor eran todas diferentes incluso una era silla de oficina
