Location: near night market and walkable to MRT station.
Facility: clean and livable
Value: No need to break a bank just to enjoy the stay in a hotel.
I can't anything against it. I decided to stay in this hotel, considering its location so I did not expect much more than what is worth for my money.

Location is good as it is close to the MRT station. There are nearby restaurants and very close to Liuhe Night Market. The staff are also helpful. The common area for dining and group meet up is ok but a bit crowded and noisy.
The room is a bit small even for a solo traveler. No closet, only a corner where clothes can be hanged. Partition for the toilet and bath is not enough, making the entire area wet most of the time.

Had a bad room at first, but the switched me to a better room
The first room I had was super slow wifi and had water dripping on the bed from the air conditioning. But was fixed after they switched my room for me

The staff were not able to understand English and when asked to write down the name of a place they had written down something entirely different which sent us many miles away. A photograph that I had taken from the internet finally got us the destination. The cleaning staff were very polite and helpful.
We did not realise this was a BACKPACKERS hotel when we booked. They advertise Business suites but there were no Business suites. We asked for single beds and were given a double bed. The towels were thread bare. The breakfast was poorly presented and tasteless. The front counter staff can’t be seen behind all the junk on the front desk, many times they don’t stand up when you are speaking to them, so you don’t know if they are listening to you. Found it very hard to find a decent cafe or restaurant in the area. The games machines in the area attract many people at all hours of the night. Not a good area.
