An amazing place. The heritage Home was lovingly restored. It had all the features of making us at home. I would fully recommend staying at Ella’s place.

Superb is the starting point.
You need to understand the nature of Broken Hill before you can understand the property. Broken Hill is an historic mining town. Thousands of cottages were built to accommodate miners and their families. One of the preferred building methods was corrugated iron construction. Ella's place is one of these historic cottages.
Upon booking, an information pack arrived and all communication after that remained excellent.
The outside of the property has been creatively treated to maximise the atmosphere and provide more amenities.
Inside the property reveals an extraordinary level of creative treatment. The facilities across the board were of a very high standard and no matter what you think you needed it was there.
The comfort levels for all aspects of this property were second to none.
If you have an eye for detail, you could take days finding and looking at the creative treatment of the decorating of the cottage. This in itself was absorbing.
There is a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, full stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and various goodies to make your stay easier. Laundry including washing machine and ironing facilities provide for the longer stay guests.
Effectively, there are two bathrooms, not something I have seen elsewhere.
The dining room has a full size dining suite also has a media or cinema collection of DVDs.
The lounge area has a wonderful atmosphere and an additional very large television.
There are two bedrooms and the beds are exceedingly comfortable.
Broken Hill has an extreme climate at times and the cottage has air conditioning throughout.
This is an outstanding property and if I return to Broken Hill, I will be seeking the property.
Well done to the owners for presenting such a great offering.
The property is a little out of the centre of town. I found this more than manageable as I had a vehicle.

I was under the impression that there was 2 bathrooms instead of a bathroom with 1 toilet and a curtin. It was very inconvenient with 3 adults as none of us could use the bath.
