Mark was communicative, and the instructions to enter the property were very clear. He called to make sure he knew my arrival time so that he was there to show me around the property and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our stay. Would recommend!
Everything was truly great. I did wish the laundry on-site was a bit more accessible (it's located in the basement and can only be used for a fee). It really wasn't much trouble because our stay was on the shorter side.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern, aber mit Auto oder ÖVM kommt man gut in die City oder zu sonstigen Ausflugszielen.
Das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: eine Mikrowelle wäre noch schön. Damit könnte man schnell mal Milch oder Ähnliches aufwärmen. Aber, wie gesagt, hohes Niveau und absolut nicht entscheidend.

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft bietet kein Frühstück an.
Die Lage ist Randlage von Braunschweig. Man ist in 10 - 12 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt - mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dauert es ca. 30 Minuten.
Bedienung des E-Herds für mich schwer zu durchschauen. Anleitungen sind aber alle da !
