Perfect location, amazing views from terrace, breakfast, perfect clean. Self check-in, easy to find, city centre. Our apartment was on top floor.
No parking near. Staff only send a parking link, https://parclick.com day before, for me it was disappointed because main reason to booking this apartment was a parking spot. Parking I need to book by myself and it was on Trento, via Petrarca, 1/5, it’s 15 minutes walk to apartment. Probably exists one more but it’s was already fully booked, and I lost a lot of time.

The apartment was very spacious with good sized rooms and plenty of wardrobes and cubbies for our items. The breakfast items were plentiful and restocked during our visit.
The bathroom had lots of black mold in the shower. There are also a lot of ants in the property. The kitchen is old and functional and included pans, but no cooking utensils at all.

Centrally located, good communication beforehand. With hosts. Good spaciousness, large modern washing machine and drier. Beds comfortable, plentiful supply of towels. Good hanging space in wardrobes. Good standard of cleanliness.
Very noisy at night from bar nearby, especially weekend ( to be fair world cup was on) Very loud daily churchbells in early morning, not compatible with having a lie in.. noise from street carries.
The apartment is simply furnished which was fine, but some fittings need renovation. Moka pot leaks and is a burn hazard- perhaps a slightly bigger replacement a good idea?

Located is of course good. Apartment is nice and well equipped.
I do not see how this property is allowed to list "free parking" as one of its features. This is false advertising: there is only paid, public on-street parking available some distance away from the apartment (free in the evening). This is misleading and could be a problem for visitors.
