It was clean
The gym treadmill was broken for a while no one seemed to care the tv remote did not work either

It was clean, the breakfast buffet was pretty decent and the staff was helpful and friendly in every moment
We were 3 guests in the room and there was only one bathroom towel available.
When we just arrived one of the crew members opened the room door without knocking first, that was weird, supposedly they received a call from our room but that's not a valid reason to open without knocking.
The lights on the wall and the desk were not working properly and the electric outlets where not in good shape.
