Location and pool area
The deadbolt on room 312 doesnt fully close. Due to the strike plate being missed aligned. Also the parking situation was bad. I let the parking lot security guard know I was going to be leaving early at 3:00 am. And to not block my car. Told him when he started his shift. Also let the receptionist know. When i left. They had blocked me in. I struggled for 15 minutes to barely get out of the spot. Getting me back to the line 15 minutes later than expected. When the receptionist got the security guard. He looked like he had barely woke up. So he might not even be doing his job.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms were peaceful and well maintained. The location is ideal for Toros de Tijuana baseball fans, as it’s conveniently close to the stadium and makes attending games easy. Secure parking and friendly staff were also appreciated.
Very little to complain about. The stay was pleasant overall, and everything met my expectations

Ana what I did like that the door to get in in out, you had to use the card, it was locked at all time, so for me that made me feel safe
Also very good air conditioning
In the room there was only 1 towel and looked very old and gray, goodly that I always take towels just in case.
They have to upgrade towels and at least a set of 2
$$$$
