The location is next to perfect. It is less than ten minutes walk to the lake during which you can stop at one of the cafes or restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner , buy things from the shops on both sides of the street, or draw money from ATMs. The staff, namely, Yousif is very kind and helpful.
Not enough lighting in the vicinity at night. Yet, it was very safe.
