The staff was very generous, supportive & polite. They were always ready for any kind of help let it be arranging a guide to explore Shimla-Kufri or arrange a vehicle to go back to the station. The location was very beautifull and scenes from.room were heart warming.
The room had no balcony, only windows with glass. I would have preferred a room with Balcony to enjoy the views a bit more. All the facilities were excellent just one thing, the TV in the room wasn't working.

Rate, Cleaning, Staff and View from the room.
Room heating system was not available. Had to pay extra to get the single rod room heater.
