View, spacious, comfortable bed.
The kitchen wasn’t very clean, drawers and cupboards were dirty, fridge was dirty, saucepans very old, some with teflon peeling off so not safe, the blender didn’t work to make our smoothies, no toaster, no oven pans.
The bathroom looked clean but there was a fine layer of dust all over. No soap supplied, no spare toilet rolls, only one towel.
The carpets were not very clean, the living room carpet was very very dirty. Grossed me out.
The main bed only had 1 pillow covered in a decorative cover which I didn’t trust were clean, no pillow cases supplied. No mattress covers on the beds. Polyester sheets.
In the second bedroom, the polyester sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and slipped off during the night.
I didn’t trust that the bed covers on any of the beds were clean. It was quite cold at night but I found extra blankets but they smelled really bad so we didn’t use them we put extra clothes on instead.
I did inform the administration of the towel, pillow case and soap. We arrived on a Sunday, they did send an extra towel, pillow case and soap on Tuesday but we left on Wednesday so not much good.
It was expensive considering low season, very far from downtown, could only drive to the beach and the poor hygiene condition of the apartment.
