Great location and facilities, friendly staff, recommended.

Great central location, near the main attractions walking or a few Metro stops away from the main sites. Kitchen has all the necessary basic facilities for a family if you wanted the option to cook in the evenings and there are plenty of supermarkets in the area. Plenty of bars, restaurants, etc. nearby but they close at night. Parking in the underground garage is just a short walk away and acceptable price if you book online before hand. Very friendly staff were really good at getting in touch via Whatsapp. Everything worked out really well.

Bring your own travel toaster if you need one but as I said the kitchen has all the other necessary basics. Early check-out (10 am) didn't suit us but the cleaning lady didn't put us under any pressure and was very nice to our kids.

Small and fine. Functional and comfortable. Great location.

The location was very good. Facilities were fine. Just what you need. Very functional.

The bathroom stinks a bit and it doesn’t have any windows. There are several staff groups and they don’t always comunicate with each other. That was a bit irritating.

Great overall with a few small detractions

The location was perfect, not far from the Champs-Elysees and close to the Metro and plenty of bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores. The size was comfortable for 2, like us, also maybe for 3. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, even when there was a mix-up with the rooms they didn't make us change partway through our 4-night stay. The kitchenette was simple but adequate and had just about everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and fine.

The street noise was loud due to deliveries in the early morning, trash pick-up, late-night revellers, etc. but fortunately the main bedroom was at the back on a quiet courtyard. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not adequate, especially for one of us who had to stay in the apartment to "work from home" - there was a connection but the speed was highly variable, mostly very slow. The bedroom was very small and the bed a bit too narrow for us.

Perfect location - close to city center.

Electrical problems: half of the sockets are not working. The air conditioning in the bedroom does not work. There is almost no light in the cabin and rooms - it is very dark.

Superb Host & Location but Challenging Details

Our host Fabio is exceptional, proactive, goes out of his way to help. So before I come, he sent a WhatsApp confirming my time of arrival to ensure I have easy Check-in since it was after hours. Everything was super smooth for late Check-in and super early Check-out. He was sharing advice on recommended sightseeing and transportation. A big THANK YOU to him. The unit had an amazing location that you can't beat, 3 minutes walk from the Champs Elyse, 7 to 10 minutes walk to the Arc du Triumph and naturally 2 minutes from the nearest Metro station. If you're into pubs or nightlife, you shall find many options nearby. A tiny kitchenette with a stove top, a fridge and kitchen cookware and microwave came in super handy when we felt like having a stay in night. We had a fridge too. A micro elevator came in handy as we had luggage. The unit was spacious especially that the bed could be stowed away when not in use, and it was alright. We were grateful for the cleanliness too.

Street noise, if you're a light sleeper like us, you could wake up frequently at night as vespas would pass by, drunken people would leave the pubs, or when the meat processing facility opposite to us would start operations early. We were on the 1st floor. Our unit furniture could use a renovation. Our A/C wasn't functioning unfortunately which had us open the windows for ventilation yet the street noise would be super loud constantly until 5 or 6 and after that whenever a vespa passes by. We visited in June.

Great stay at reasonable rate!

Perfect location when you travel to explore Paris’ key attractions. It’s near to train station, shops nearby and walking distance to tourist spots! Francesco the host is nice and very accommodating! My family enjoyed the stay!

It was a very pleasant stay

The Location was amazing very close to the city center. The Champs le 'Elysee was less than 1000 meters away. lots of cafes and restaurants and Carrefour was just a few steps away and the Metro exactly 3 minute walk. The apartment was cozy, clean and warm as we went in October. Francesco was very very helpful.

The street was a little noisy in the morning.

Excellent location, just a few minutes to the Metro and Champs Elysees. Clean and tidy but the lift is the smallest I have ever seen, for two persons only.

Francesco is a wonderful host! The location is great! Very close to Arc de Triomphe, grocery stores, bakeries, laundry. Easy 30 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, easy 30 minute walk to the Louvre.
