The receptionist/ manager Ms Raniya was excellent and ever helpful
Too noisy at times early in the morning as there is a catering kitchen opposite where activity starts at around 0430 am and is quite loud with supply trucks being around. There is also a nightclub down the street which gets noisy in the wee hours of the morning.

Really central, easy to find and within waling distance of metro lines.
My only suggestion would be to have ironing facilities in the apt. It’s set up for business and leisure visitors. With everything you need apart from an iron. We stayed on a Thursday when the reception is closed, not sure if that is something they have to lend out on request.

The location was good in that we were close to train/ metro stations and that several of the sites were within walking distance. Shower was excellent and had great water pressure. We also liked have a fridge in our room.
The location is near several clubs. It was loud ALL night! It was difficult to sleep. Also, the outside temperature was very hot, we were looking forward to having AC but were very disappointed that it never got cold. The unit seemed to just blow air. We were very hot and sweaty the entire time. The only relief came from taking cold showers. We are not accustomed to Paris heat or having a lack of AC. Also, we could not get the stove in unit to work.
