Shams Alwebdeh is an excellent place. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. Rooms are very clean and flexible, this is not a hotel mode, but mostly as apartment to stay. I will definitely come back. Location is excellent

The property is greatly located and is good value for money. We were given a large room free of charge and staff were very helpful.
Facilities are a little tired and run down. The bathrooms especially could do with a renovation. Our room smelled of smoke a little.
