Everything was great, everything is supplied, and it's nice and clean. No problems whatsoever! Breakfast was decent and enjoyable. Did not really notice much waiting for the elevator, as others described...I guess those people are rather unpleasant. All in all, maybe a minute to wait here and there, but nothing major. Would recommend and definitly will stay again.
Can't complain about anything.

Its super near the arcakit. I love the onsen. Breakfast buffet
Cleaning is from 10-3 so I had to skip it. Couple of times because I wanted to take a nap

Location is amazing. Minutes away from the train station. The area is right in front of a big shopping center and there are 2 more malls/shopping centers a few blocks away. There are a lot of restaurants in the area where you can eat in in the evening. I really love the location, there is plenty to do but not overwhelming. I did not get to use the onsen this time. Breakfast is also good.
bathrooms are a little small. I am petite 5' ft tall and it felt a little tight even for my size.
