It’s close to the stations, both JR and Metro. Kinshicho Station is one stop to Sky Tree so it’s far from places like Shinjuku and Shibuya, so not very convenient for trains transferring. But for shopping you can get almost everything here so personally it worked for me. If you want more fancy stuffs, Ginza and Omotesando are close.
I also like the cleanliness and the staffs very much. Staffs were so nice and helpful.
Bathroom with shower is one of the reasons I always comeback here.
Seems like they newly added a water dispenser in the bathroom.
The room was small. It was actually bigger than my previous stays but still small in general. On my previous stay, I couldn’t even open my 2 suitcases at the same time, but this time there was sufficient space.
Mattresses were not hard enough for people with back pain.
Airflow was kinda weird because air conditioner was working just fine when I was awake, but at night I woke up sometimes because it was hot and I even sweated.

Everything was quite allright. It was clean, everything worked as it supposed to. Clean, even spaceous.
The windows were all frosted. No view whatsoever. Since we only stayed for 1 night, this was ok, but I could see it being a problem for longer stays.
