Good breakfast, brought breakfast forward for us, spacious rooms, decent WiFi, good location.
Laundry service a bit pricey (and also delayed). Didn’t provide towels at first.

The room was comfortable with a nice balcony.
The personnel of the hotel was very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is great.
The room could have been a little cleaner and some details in the bathroom or lights could have been fixed, without extreme effort or cost.
But the main reason I am rating my stay with 8 is something that maybe is not hotel's fault but unfortunately was an annoying reality: I stayed for five nights and almost every morning, a different group of visitors from India would start making extremely loud noise from 06.00 (when they would wake up) until 07.10 (when their buses would leave) without respecting at all the rest clients of the hotel. They would open the doors of their rooms and start loud conversation from one room to the other. The noise wouldn't just come from my floor, but also from every floor of the hotel. I understand that probably there is nothing that can be done by the management of the hotel (actually they had put signs in every floor, asking from the clients to keep silence and peace, but...), at the same time for me it wasn't the best way to wake up every morning!
