Location was close to Sassi and main attractions. As a solo traveller I felt safe travelling / walking around at night.
Elevator was miniature sufficient for 1 person plus baggage only. As someone that has claustrophobia it was nearly a deal breaker, but I just breathed through it,

Ubicación perfecta. Aparcamos con mucha suerte a 1 minuto. Camas amplias cómodas y limpias. Para pasar una noche en Matera es perfecto. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación.

Pochi servizi ad esempio non c’è cucina o colazione inclusa (ma sicuramente si tratta di tutti i BB della zona)

Clean and spacious. Air conditioned and comfortable.
There were no cups or any infrastructure despite a coffee machine and pods. Also missing toilet paper in bathroom apart from 1/4 roll. Asked host for some assistance but did not reply until 2 hours before checkout. Still a great place to stay but bring everything you need apart from bedding and towels.
