Great location for our visit to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. When I booked I got the dates wrong and they were willing to correct my mistake and allow us to stay on the dates that we needed. It was nice to have a sink ourside of the bathroom area.

There was a 6% resort fee added to our room rate. This was not a resort. They seemed confused why Booking was charging a resort fee. Booking.com needs to look into this. This is a small motel in a small town and shouldn't have a resort fee!!! The sliding barn door doesn't quite cover the door opening area.

This motel is a cycle tourist’s dream! They’ve really thought about what’s important including plush robes for when you get out of your grubby cycling kit.
