The room was very clean, well-equipped, and everything was working properly.
The male staff at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.
However, the soundproofing was really poor. I could clearly hear the neighbours talking, showering and even playing music late at night. It honestly felt like they were in the same room.

Super clean, spacious for big family of 5 like me. The receptionist are very soft spoken eventhough we checked-in quite late at night. He even offered to carry our luggages up. This hotel has no lift but the staircase is designed wide and easy to carry things up without much effort. Satisfied with this stay and definitely will come back again in the future.
