Beautiful and comfortable cottage in amazingly peaceful area. Would love to return!!

Beautiful location , the brook in the back garden was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, living area was comfy and had everything we needed. Cost was very reasonable.

Nothing really. Water pressure in the shower was poor but this is a very minor concern.

Couldn't fault it

Lovely property in lush gardens near village centre. Blockley is a pretty village yet not overrun with tourists. It was our second visit .

Wonderful in every way

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. The beds were absolutely fabulous. The location is peaceful and quiet, a couple of pubs are within walking distance as well as a small village cooperative run shop.

so quiet, so quiet. beautiful village and location was great with the lovely village cafe and one really nice pub. easy driving to lots of places around. beds soft and comfy.

I forgot an English adapter so charging options tricky. only one bathroom and toilet but that’s manageable with two people. no real complaints

Very clean and cosy cottage!

Hosts were very helpful and answered our questions prior to arrival. Cottage was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and there's a great pub called Horse and Groom a 5 min drive down the road in Bourton on the Hill.

Just an FYI for dog owners, there is no fence around the garden area so you have to keep your dog on a lead. Wasn't much of an issue for us, as we were out walking most of the day but just an FYI.

Watch out! extra fees & unpleasant surprises!

The hosts do not clarify that they charge 10% extra (£40) for bringing your dog with you. They pressure you everyday into paying the extra fee and will continue to harass you until you pay it, even if the booking is weeks away and that information was not included in the booking price we agreed to pay. Really annoyingly, they waste lots of your time by unnecessarily asking you to create a profile on their website, for no valid reason; except to add even more rules and instructions that are not listed in booking. When contacted, the accommodation's team was very rude and would not offer any flexibility nor a refund even if the booking had only been placed minutes before. You will even be asked to take out the trash and essentially clean up the place!

Beautiful location, perfectly situated to explore the Cotswolds. Lovely well equipped clean property which supplied everything you could possibly need.

Excellent stay, would recommend to anyone who would want to visit Blockley or neighbouring villages. The village pub was great too!

perfectly positioned in a lovely little town. Very relaxing and comfortable, the hosts were extremely helpful and even offered to post our charger home as we had left it there. I would full recommend!

Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location. Property was kept in good condition. Nice quiet private estate of 9 properties.

The dishwasher came up with an error message and would not work, although luckily, this was on the day that we left, so we hand washed the dishes. The fridge drain plug stuck early in the week and caused a flood in the bottom area around the salad tray. It did not damage more than a couple of items of food and I was able to unblock the drain plug, so not a major issue. It would be worth testing the appliances between each change over.

Beautiful setting with the stream at bottom of garden. Lovely quaint cottage well equipped with everything you need, very clean and comfortable beds and lots of storage for clothes, really good shower too. Everything was explained clearly by the hosts ie getting the keys, check in and check out, Wi-Fi

love to stay here again in the summer - or in snow!

A lovely place to stay, we would have liked to stay longer. No complaints about the cottage at all.

We were given the wrong postcode by the owners. We only found the correct postcode by finding a label on a dvd. Also, the directions to find the cottage once parked were far too complicated. We were actually looking at our cottage when we parked up but, following the directions took us all over the complex. We only found Stepping Stones by accident and after a lot of help from a neighbour.
