Situated in Seward, this lovely condo for $435 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our vacation rental units were newly remodeled with your comfort in mind and come fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll find an idyllic waterfall at back yard. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit! PLEASE NOTE * There is NO window in living room. * Check in time: After 4 pm - Before 9 pm * Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to stay for safety. - There is a small un-fenced pond in the backyard. * Pets are not enter the accommodation or stay in the parking lot. * Boat can not park. The space * 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms - Room 1: 2 queen beds - Room 2: 2 queen beds * Blinds in all bedrooms * Washer and dryer * Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining * Relaxing with view of part of Twin Lakes park, small pond and waterfall on back yard. * Great location within walking distance to the Harbor(0.3 mile) and 1 mile to SeaLife center. The house was remodeled with a modern finish to ensure a spotless, welcoming home for our guests. Each bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with blinds to help our guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun. The kitchen features for cooking and fully stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals and beverages.

Property was VERY Clean. The description was very accurate. The backyard was beautiful with its own waterfall and a fire pit! Steven was a wonderful host and very helpful!

The property was clean and it has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms. Really good beds. Nice green backyard with small water fall. The living room is big and has good couches. The kitchen is on a smaller side - really snag for four adults. Get all four to sit at the table was a bit of the challenge. The property has rule - no cleaning and cooking fish. As we do our annual trip to Seward fishing we usually have fish for dinner (it gets cleaned and processed at the docs) we had to get a propane grill and do a tailgate party at the nights. It would be good to state the rule on the listing page. We would probably had gone with different place. The kitchen had only two electric sockets and for getting toaster, coffee machine and a kettle going was a hassle especially when there are multiple adults with different preferences and you are trying to leave at quite early hours. Would be nice to get at least a short extension cord w multiple sockets to be able to run everything at once. Overall - good place. Maybe more suited for family with kids than the groups of adults.

Absolutely beautiful backyard. Close to main tourist area - we walked to our boat tour! Many restaurants on "the strip". Everything you want in a vacation home! Would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed the property. Family of 4 (including 2 adult children). We stayed for 3 nights. Everyone appreciated the comfortable beds. The property is well taken care of & in a great location. We would absolutely stay there again.

This property was vert convenient to the train station and dock area for all of our excursions. The house is very pretty and updated. The unit we stayed in, C, was very clean and comfortable. It was a real pleasure to stay there and Steven, the property manager, was so nice and accommodated our needs to store luggage before check-in and after checkout. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Chalet of Seward! Steven was a most gracious host, and our suite was impeccably clean and well equipped. We loved sitting on our private deck, enjoying the waterfall! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walk to the harbor. We highly recommend staying here - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay!! The accommodations are spacious and have everything you need, a back deck with your own personal waterfall, and the most gracious host we have ever had. The location is a short walk to the waterfront for tours, fishing, and dining. Thank you, Steven!! We hope to be back again!!!

This place overall was great but a bit small. The owner was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. The location is great - a few minute walk to the harbor area. The highlight was the amazing backyard - had a lovely waterfall.

Small/pleasant apartment that meets all needs. We enjoyed the outdoor space with private deck and picnic table overlooking a beautiful waterfall and scenic hill which creates privacy. Quiet location very close to everything. Short walk to Seward's beautiful harbor.

The location was amazing, within walking distance from the marine tours and restaurants. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Steven was a wonderful and very responsive host. I was amazed by the beautiful backyard! I definitely recommend staying here 😊
