the hotel staff are always willing to help or ready for a chat.
all evening and night there was someone in the hills with loud music, I don't know if this is the case every night but one cannot sleep

Good price. Good location for bromo trip. Good surrounding and fresh air. Great breakfast even during covid.
Power Outtage, so dark during outtage no emergency lamp. Old soap bar, old teethbrush, bring our own toiletries. No elevator or ramp accessible for luggage, staffs lifted the luggages.
