The staff members were responsive and super. The environment was great
Some meals were flat and they should consider having kids bicycles and in door games

Location staff and facilities are great, breakfast was great!
Room service food was pretty bad overcooked pasta and salmon for 38 euros seems a rip off, also charged 30 Euros for my dog seems on the high side, also wasn’t allowed to take an iron to the room to iron clothes as well. Tv in the room was fully broken and from the 70s.

The place is great but the chalets, the breakfast was great
Chalets have no air condition and its very hot at day, and not comfortable to sleep at night. Also, most of the activities and staff speak only german no english translation for all booklets and guides. Breakfast was great but lunch and dinner not really good.
