部屋、ベット共に普通に綺麗です。トイレ、シャワーは1つずつですが、最大8名なので満室でも困らないと思います。
リンスインシャンプーとボディソープはあります。
受付は外国人のみで英語オンリーでしたがなんとかなりました。マスターは良い人そうです。
とにかくコスパ最高です。
私の宿泊日は騒音もなく快適でしたが1階がバーなので日によってはうるさいかもしれないので耳栓を持っていくことをお勧めします。

利便性はとてもいいし、チェックインの時に対応してくれたスタッフのお兄ちゃんが優しかった
自分が注意事項を良く見て無かったのがいけなかったのもあるが、バスタオルが無かったのは驚いた💦
後、貴重品入れる金庫みたいなのが欲しかった

なにより中華街の真ん中というロケーションの良さ。更に大通りから少し路地に入ったところなので、驚くほど静か。シャワーの水圧も高くトイレも清潔でした。
2段ベッドのマット（敷布団）が薄く腰が痛かった。マットが薄いために周囲の柵が高くなり、出入りが大変だった。
