About this house rental
Only 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, Park City combines outstanding year-round recreation and great restaurants in a vibrant, historic mining town. Our townhome has plenty of living space, a great deck with gas grill, and easy access to all that Park City has to offer. It is a short walk (150 yards) to the city wide free bus system that will take you to all three ski resorts, Historic Main Street, grocery/liquor stores, and more. Our unit was completely remodeled/updated in 2020. The Racquet Club Village Condominiums surround the Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (MARC) that offers indoor/outdoor tennis, pickleball, outdoor swimming pools, gym, fitness equipment, hot tub, and sauna for a nominal fee. - Spacious living room with gas fireplace and open floor plan. - Large back deck for outdoor living with patio furniture and gas grill - Kitchen has everything you will need - Sleeps 4 adults comfortably - Smart TV's with the living room being a Samsung FRAME TV - New ceiling fans in all sleeping areas - ASKO stacking washer and dryer - Single car garage with keyless entry and one outside space - Keyless storage in the garage for winter/summer sports equipment - Cable TV + High Speed Internet + WiFi included

Just finished our stay, the condo is very nice with every attention to detail. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked better than many places I have stayed in the past which was great. Location was easy to get in and out of Park City ( we also skied other places) and I highly recommend this beautiful condominium!

We stayed here while skiing at park city, and getting to the mountain from this place was very quick and easy. The place is clean modern and a relaxing place to stay. Host was responsive and polite.

We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located in Park City townhome. Everything was perfect including the snow!

Really disappointed in how our stay at this property ended. After checking out we received a notice stating "Our maintenance person and house keeper both appraised us of some damage with photos after your checkout. Specifically, the drywall and paint on the corner between the front bench and the pantry was damaged. The damage amount is a quote from the maintenance person for repair assuming we have the correct paint". We asked for photos and an actual estimate or receipts and got no response from this owner. I spent an hour on the phone with VRBO to investigate and ultimately got charged $200 for "damages" that weren't obvious or intentional with no documentation and and arbitrary assessment of repair costs!
I have no problems paying for dings and scratches with documentation and a valid estimate, but this was very shady and I just feel ripped off. Don't list your property if you can't deal with normal wear and tear in the entryway of a ski condo and expect it to be treated like a shrine.

This property is great! Clean, with plenty of space for our family, and a great location for us. Close to everything by car, but far enough away to have some more space.

We stayed at the property and skied at PC. The location was excellent and only a short drive to the hill. But the condition of the condo is worth highlighting. It appeared that the condo has been newly remodeled. The kitchen appliances were top quality and the other appointments such as silverware, pots, pans, seemed to be brand new! There was plenty of room for all of us and the layout comfortable.
