Great central location- saw some reviews talking about noise from the Pipemakers. We went mid week & there was no noise. Parking space right outside. All rooms very well equipped. Made it feel very homely.
We couldn’t get the shower to work in the en-suite bathroom with a bath. There were detailed instructions but they didn’t seem to work. Other en-suite shower room fine. So it wasn’t a problem for us.

Immaculately clean and tidy on arrival. Property is in a great location within easy walking distance of some great pubs and restaurants.

Excellent accomodation right in the centre of Rye! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was lovely too, and very accommodating, as well as quick to reply to messages. I'd recommend staying here! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The house was lovely – perfect location to explore Rye, and had everything we needed. We were really happy with our stay and are hoping to come again some time in the future.
