Lovely two bedroom bungalow in the middle of the countryside. Well furnished and equipped. Lots of birds and wildlife to see from the patio. No traffic sounds only birds, perfect!
The first cattle grid and the shared unmade gravel road until you turn towards the property was the same problem everyone else mentions.

Warm, comfortable accommodation - had everything we needed for stay and more! Garden fully fenced in so able to let the dog into the garden which was great. Bed very comfortable and huge bathroom!
The road on the way in is terrible! I'm sure I've left bits of my car back there :) Shower wasn't very powerful.

Mike is an excellent Host. He was ready to give us a tour of the property and answer any questions we had. It was near our intended location and was a beautiful quiet stay. We had dogs and the enclosed garden was really handy. The location is tranquil, the property had everything we required and the Host was superb. It was our second stay here. The facilities were perfect as we had cooking, washing and drying capabilities. The outside sitting area overlooks some fantastic scenery. We felt solitude, relaxation and calm at this place.
Some of the road leading up the the property from the main road is in poor condition. The road Mike owns is excellent however. The shared road portion with his neighbours takes some navigation. Its ok if you take it very very slowly but was a negative for our stay if im being honest. I didnt like the main double bed, partly due to having sheets rather than a duvet. The bed just ended up messy. (Personal preference). Also the mattress was too soft for both of us, however this is personal preference again. The condition of the beds were fine, just different from home. it didnt cause extensive sleepless nights.

Beautiful apartment, love the alpaca neighbours, very peaceful and very comfortable, Mr Lee was very helpful when we needed him.
The approach road is a bit dodgy..
