We were attending a wedding at Eyam Hall so the location for that was fantastic.
The owner was very quick with her response regarding the pin for key lock.
Overall it suitable was for our needs.
It was clean enough but there were a couple of issues.
Shower in the ensuite had a broken handle on the riser so was difficult to keep the shower head up. Bath panel was unattached at one end in the family bathroom, and found hairs in the bath on arrival.

Location, quietness and comfort
Was nervous about leaving door key in lock as the door would automatically lock and we wouldn't have been able to get in.

Bit dark in the lounge at times.

En suite bathroom could do with a re-furbishment. Shower sealant in poor condition and although shower functioned tap had a piece broken off.
Plentiful crockery but v worn.
