Very nice location! the host is friendly and the view was amazing! only one thing needs to be considered which is the towels in the bathrooms. Also, the Insurance amount has not been returned yet although in the contract it was mentioned that it will be returned in 14 days and it is more than three weeks now since we returned back home.
The towels need to be cleaned deeply.

Location was good.
The fact that there is a strict no noise policy from 10pm onwards.
Seeing the high rental it's just not acceptable to ask people to be quiet from that early and to expect people to be indoors when the all point of a house is to be able to make the most of the wonderful weather of Cape Town.
