Will recommend to anyone is in a great location and facilities were excellent.

Never partook of the breakfast but it looked decent enough. We also didn't use the pool or fitness center but they were both awesome looking.

I understand not changing out linen to conserve water but our beds for the three nights we stayed there were NEVER made and our garbage was only changed the third day. The cost of $200+ per night was also a bit steep.

Not as good as before

It’s our second time in this hotel. The first time was just after Covid. It was new and shiny. But this time I loved just the bedding and welcoming reception boy ( sorry, don’t remember his name but remember that he had a green hair).

Breakfast till 9am during weekend( are you kidding??? ). Wet lobby floor because some guests went barefooted. Dirty pool area. Constant feeling of unclean facilities.

modern, clean hotel, close to Hwy 1, and near town.

difficult to find, being located at the end of a road , in a non-commercial area.

It was enjoyable and comfortable.

Very clean, friendly staff especially the Winona who maintained the breakfast bar supply of food was always there. She always greeted everyone with a friendly smile. 24 hour coffee, tea supply beautiful indigenous paintings on the wall.

Can’t say anything bad or complain. Too bad it didn’t have a indigenous gift shop.

Absolutely amazing hotel, will definitely be back!!

The pool area was fantastic. Pool was warm and hit tub was also fantastic. It was a little cooler in the first night but perfect every other night we went. Staff were friendly, hotel was super clean. Very very nice stay.

No can opener in the room (with kitchenette). Also when booking it said our room would have a tub and it was a shower (I have 4 kids).

Not good.

Location

Ran out of conditioner and body wash and wasn't replaced after housekeeping came in. Housekeeping left note that they ran out of towels and that we had to get them at the front desk. Having to take your DIRTY towels to front desk to get clean ones . You handed DIRTY towels to the same staff person that was responsible for providing breakfast!!!!!!!!!!! Consistently ran out of everything at the complimentary breakfast. Sewer smell from sink in room bathroom Lack of staff one person responsible for answering the phone, checking people in and out, cooking breakfast, cleaning utensils, replacing items in breakfast area and giving clean towels to replace dirty ones. Not ensuring that parents present with regards to supervision of children in pool. Smoking and spitting at the front entrance constantly. Not a good representation of the Wyndham Company at all!!!

Although breakfast wasn’t good , the room was very comfortable. Price was reasonable.

Location very good, convenient to highway. Room very comfortable.

Shiny, new facility in need of better management.

The facility is quite new and, interestingly, is located on First Nations land, right near a former Residential School.

Staff weren't very friendly. Breakfast had all the trappings of the usual free breakfasts, but the warm food wasn't very good and the coffee was terrible. The shower curtain was disgusting with big black streaks on the inside. Asked that it be changed or cleaned the first day, but two days later it remained. Also informed them that there was no body wash in the shower soap dispenser but, instead of filling it, someone dropped off a couple of bottles of shampoo(?).

we had a wonderful stay

it was easy to find, just off the trans canada. clean , breakfast included, mini fridge and coffee in room. convenience store next door kids LOVED the pool/water slides… adults the hot tub

my only complaint ( and it is slight but one party member was not an early riser) was that breakfast finished at 9 am

We felt very much at home in the new, super clean Microtel Inn.

New hotel, very clean, great staff. Short drive to city centre. Affordable. Free breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, great location and very helpful staff.

We loved the cleanliness and that is it so close to my aunt's place. Great location by the island park!

The only complaint is that there was pink fungus in the shower - along the silicone line - this was there the year before when we stayed. We did mention it then. the manager was a little defensive about it. This time, I took a cloth and wiped it off before using the shower. it came off easily.

morning of check out I asked for a couple more bath towels as only one came in the room for 4 people and I was given attitude about it and given a pool towel instead

Great location. Easy to get to local restaurants. Place was very clean. Kind and polite attendant

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Fresh breads & fruit were nice.

No light to read by in room except at bedside. Only one bedside had a light. We both like to read in the evenings. Please put a floor lamp in room 325.

Awesome with issues not expected as above.

Location was great. Breakfast was as apected for continental. There is always a bottleneck at the toaster. You need to add one more. At busy time the staff can't keep up having plates available. Purchase more plates or one more staff at that time.

No towels available at busy time in the pool area. I gave my towel to a little girl, a total stranger at 9:30 pm because she was crying and wanted to dry off. I stayed until closing at 10 and half the people walked dripping water down the halls. More towels please

Nice clean place to stay

The place was clean and our room was excellent for the price. The bed was comfortable and the location was great being near the highway.

This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but there was a drunk/high person who banged on our door at 4:00 a.m. and was screaming and being loud. It woke us up. The security guard was also extremely loud and because I didn't go out to see the exact situation, I am not sure I can blame the guard entirely. It would have been nice if the person had been brought down to the lobby because the entire situation was unpleasant for everyone on the floor. My other complaint was that breakfast ended earlier than I would have liked.
