The location by the forest and beach. The room we got moved to was nice and the lady at the reception was super helpful . Breakfast was very good. The WiFi in the room was also good. The spa was great and it’s a nice place for families, couples and dog lovers.
It seemed understaffed for such a busy period. The cleaning sometimes didn’t happen, we had a long wait at the a la carte restaurant one night and there were queues at the beach bar. Also, some of the garden rooms we saw were tiny, dark, had no ac and the terraces had no privacy . They need to put suitcase stands in the rooms too. Ive never seen a menu with additional charges for ketchup either. The bike rental was 150 a day but 50 round the corner. It’s optimized to heck. I’d say it’s a bit overpriced especially if they allocate you a garden room.

Fantastic position in front of the woods and beach. Spa is very nice and overall the place is highly enjoyable. Breakfast is huge.

I liked the location in general, because it was very modern. But it was very small. The good thing was to be close to the beach, which was not overcrowded.
It was too noisy all the way. I heard everything from at least four rooms close to mine. Dogs barking for hours, kids running around, even normal conversations from next room. The Spa area was very small and overcrowded, no one took care about children running around. Sauna was not hot enough and steam bath was burning my skin. Not relaxing. Overall I also noticed that the staff hardly was able to speak german (some couldn't do at all, although mentioned in the recommendations) and a little english.
