Loved everything about this place, gives you a real Safari/jungle experience, the lodging and service level is exceptional!
I thought the buffet was a little bit limited in scope could’ve had more selection of Main dishes.

Close to the Takek gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, it was possibly a 15 - 20 minute drive. Staff at the PrideInn were wonderful and accommodating. Out of the 3 reservations, we had booked two savanna tents plus one room. Booking.com does not share the specifics of what the room should be like, therefore we were expecting a cottage or bungalow as a room. Despite the confusion , the staff quickly accommodated our needs plus expectations and switched the 3rd reservation from a tent to a cottage /bungalow. Showers were always a joy as the water had a lot of pressure and was warm., considering we were in a tent. The tent was a very nice experience, plus very comfortable. The staff would escort us to our rooms at night and at check out miraculously there was always someone who was willing to help with luggage from the 3 rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the PrideInn Mara and would definitely stay there again, plus recommend others.
The Savana tent was exactly as pictured, however I did not like the way
You had to enter and exit the tent, plus lock strategically to ensure no critters entered, as I am tall and always felt the blood rushing to my head while trying to secure the lock. Small issue that I could have resolved by probably sitting down on a chair while securing. Staff was very pleasant and always helpful so this compensated for that slight inconvenience.

Location and the staff which are AMAZING.
Food could be a bit more diverse.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant and professional.
One major downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms. In today’s connected world, this was quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or anyone needing reliable internet access during their stay. Wi-Fi was only available in common areas, which wasn't ideal.
