Moderno, funcional, limpio.
La terraza del 5° excepcional (aunque tengas que subir con tus bebidas).

Clean rooms. Air Conditioner works. Friendly staff. They keep hotel (or hostel) in good condition.
Really small rooms with one window to smoked courtyard with closed plastic roof. No ventilation in courtyard. Be ready to stay without fresh air at all.
40 cm from bed to wall for passing.
1.5m2 foyer.
In dark time billions bugs on the beach not possible to walk without trousers and boots.
A river flowing into the bay with a persistent sewage smell.
I believe there is beautiful place but we didn't like it (+17 in July and stay in rooms with closed window).
Not good apartment for stay with kids.
