Got a good view on the riverside

There's nothing to like about, Breakfast suppose to be a buffet breakfast, but due to the low number of people staying in the hotel, the breakfast is canceled and to a beef nooble set every day.

Nothing the aircon not cold at all.

Very beautiful location. Very friendly and welcoming team. Daily cleaning, the whole hotel very clean. Tea, coffee daily.

we don’t want to come back

the location is great

the bathroom was terrible so we can’t showers and wash hair properly. the bed was hard like the rock and we could not sleep at all . this is terrible feeling at that night

Location was great. Very lively especially during TET. View was exceptional. Pool was great

I booked a room with bath tub which I didn't get. There was no breakfast due to TET. Had I known i wouldn't have come here...wonder park was also closed. No mention of SPA & GYM. I want a free night stay when I book again

Honest and hard working staff!

We had a corner view of the new river walk area. The staff was very professional and honest, we left a brand name sun glass in the lobby and the front desk staff saved it for us. Thank you!

missing toilet paper, had to call to get toilet paper, shower door did not stop all the water from getting out, low water pressure from the shower, electricity turns off after an hour or so even with guest inside the room, it happened once for us, slow elevator

This hotel has nothing to offer

Great location… Ngan is a great staff.

Room was horribly old and shower didn’t work.. we paid for the suite with river view and they moved us to a very small room but still nothing worked.. Bed was so uncomfortable. The shower drain was stoped up and flooded the shower stall. When we asked for a plunger to fix it, the staff said they have it but couldn’t let us use it so we had to use the shower full of backed upped water full of bacteria from the shower drain.

I loved the days stayed at Bcons Hotel and hope to book again.

Amazing and Great location in Binh Duong opposite the River. Staff and their Customer Services 10/10 specially Reception Staff Amazing Ms Ngan, Ms Drugen, Ms Huyen and Tony. Also they upgrade my room with the View of the Swimming Pool. Room was Brilliant and spaces. The Restaurant Staff Ms Ha, Ms Dieu and Hann are at your services and I eat Halal Food they gave me Vegetarian and non meat food. Shortly I can say I had very good time and enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast can be improved to Continental, Halal for tourist. Rather serving local Vietamese food. Also daily they should change to different Menues rather having the samething everyday.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel staff is really helpful but the hotel lacks gym.

There was no proper English breakfast available.

They charged for the water bottles without prior information that the water they are providing is billable

Besides the location, everything is not as good as expected for 4 stars.

Good location, next to the river. Fresh air.

The toilet was block. Little water output from shower. Air conditioner is noisy.
