All the staff were friendly and great. It was nice for some of them to remember me and also my name. Impressive.
Too little water bottles in the room. It should at least have 4 to 6 bottles in the room and 2 in the toilet.

The views are excellent. The panoramic room was very big and very clean and comfortable. There is a good range of food at breakfast.
The lifts are beyond stupid. Form over function.
Hotels who think egg stations are a good idea need to stop it! Either have them on the buffet or to order a la carte.
I had confirmed our arrival time in advance and we arrived exactly on time. However we couldn't check in because the last people had a late check out. This surely could have been avoided with some forethought.
Service in the lounge was slow although this was addressed.
Because of these issues, and one or two more, everyone was very keen to apologies. This was a nice thought but having 5 or 6 different people come to apologies was just too much.
Its a lovely hotel with polite, attentive staff. It just needs more thought into the customer experience
