All the facilities were amazing, including the gym and the pool. The room we were staying in was so nice and clean and had a so much room. The beds were the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. It was a great price for everything we got. The staff were all lovely, and even gave us recommendations on what places to visit

Buffet breakfast was very good, with lots of vegetarian options, and an egg bar for fresh cooked fried eggs and omelettes (no other options). The dinner menu was also very good, and presentation/price were excellent. 'Cave' pool was fantastic right next to lobby and enjoyed using it. Staff were always pleasant and smiling. Even though drop off/pickup zone was on the main road (a short walk to the hotel), staff always came to greet you if you had luggage or shopping. I liked the air conditioned lounge room to wait in as lobby only had fans and was very hot and steamy!
The cleaning system and standards need improvement. Outside bath was a nice 'al fresco' space, but dust came in through the bamboo blinds and staff had to be asked continually to clean it as I used it a lot. Staff often forgot water, toilet paper and did not replace mini bar items. The room space was very compact and would have been a nightmare for two people, especially with too much furniture already in the room. Shower curtain should be down to the floor to avoid the inevitable splash all over the tiles. No hair conditioner was supplied only shampoo and shower gel. There was no kitchen items either, getting bowl, plate, mug and cutlery from the restaurant. (staff acknowledged that many complained about this!).

The insulation not very good could here the Neigbours , water draining and flushing loudly and but smelly might be the drains. But still a lovely hotel overall

The duplex apartment was okayish. It wasn't that bad. I would have liked it more if the service and cleaning was properly done from their end.
Room wasn't clean at all. We had to wait extra for the check-in despite the booking. Cleaning staff was very lazy and wouldn't even mop the floor properly unless told so. I had to make a complaint to get that done properly. Also the timing of the cleaning service was not fixed and that was kinda uncomfortable. They were not even changing the sheets everyday, I had to ask for that too. I ordered some food from them and it was stale, cold and it was like cooked 2 days ago. One day the staff took out trash and our left-out food and kept it outside the room the whole day. When I went out of the room in the late evening, the entire lobby was smelling with the rotten food. They did not bother to take that out.
