Everything was amazing - my family felt right at home, all services like room service, breakfast & anything we wanted was provided so promptly. Chef Dinesh was incredible! Mum had allergies and he was so prompt to fix an attend to it
If you want to shop in district one or have the area be 2-3 min walk it’s a tad far like 11 min walk but nothing bad at all just a note

Location and staff’s friendliness. Very polite and helpful in booking our local tours. Concierge Khoi was very nice and prompt in helping with my questions. Will revisit and stay next time when my wife and I are in Vietnam

if its a public holiday one can view awesome fireworks from rooms with riverview.
service level is poor especially concierge. housekeeping is dirty too.
