Sophie and her entire team (including Nhi, Khang, Vu and the rooftop barman who does magic tricks!) do an amazing job at making guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is perfectly located in the hustle and bustle of district 1 with everything on its doorstep and the facilities are excellent. But above all the service and hospitality from the staff are incredible and will make you stay enjoyable.
The air conditioning in my room took a little while to reach peak efficiency but otherwise the room was super comfortable

No food or room services after 10 pm!!!
